Create Calm, Recover Confidence.
A Brush with Fun provides psychosocial recovery and rehabilitation support through art-based activities, offering a safe, creative space where individuals can explore art as part of their personal healing journey. Art has the power to do far more than inspire creativity - it can strengthen the body’s immune response, enhance motor skills, and help ease the effects of trauma and pain.
Guided by Mandurah-based artist and founder Kate Capone, the studio offers unconditional support in a calm, pressure-free environment where every step forward is valued. Participants are encouraged to feel safe, explore freely, and heal at their own pace.
A Brush with Fun supports individuals recovering from personal injury and caters to NDIS participants, working closely with insurance companies to provide a holistic, client-focused recovery service. These programmed sessions deliver measurable benefits and offer a creative, cost-effective addition to any rehabilitation plan.
Designed as a confidence-building recovery experience - a true playdate for the soul - A Brush with Fun helps people reconnect, rebuild, and rediscover a sense of joy through meaningful creative expression. Every session is thoughtfully structured to help reduce anxiety, improve focus, and promote a strong sense of achievement and wellbeing.
If you're ready to begin, A Brush with Fun welcomes you to book an art session and take the first step toward recovery through creativity.
